Hacking refurbished simple touch. 4 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello.
I bought a refurbished Simple Touch from ebay and I would like to hack it to access my Google account.
forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1469281 didn't work for me.
I am stuck with two SD cards that used to be 4GB and now their apparent size is down to 75 megabites and I don't know what to do since formatting doesn't solve the problem.

Thank you for help.
The Nook Model is BNRv300
The Serial Number is 301413017......

Thank you.

Hi,

The instructions here:

forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2040351&page=1

should work.

To restore your SD cards to full capacity use the software here:

www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/

Priviso - I haven't test this, as I reformatted my card on Linux.

Reliable way to Root Nook Simple Touch
I recently dusted off the Nook Simple Touch and decided to try some of the root options, mostly to get the Kindle app working. I was amazed at the volume of YouTube videos and XDA Forum threads as well as root options
