Hello Folks,

I'm a bit of a tech junkie, bought a Nook Color, then an Acer 500A, and just recently the ipad 2. Had Android App running on my 500A just fine and w/full access to my library. Just recently bought the ipad 2, and noticed a problem with my subscription to Vanity Fair. When I try running "Nook" for ipad 2, it says, "This title cannot be viewed on this device."

I did a little research, and found that Apple and Conde Nast (Owner of Vanity Fair) have an APP just for Vanity Fair. So I figured, OK, Apple is asserting their heavy hand over what I can and cannot view with the Nook application, jerks! I was cool with that, I new what I was getting into when I bought the thing. So here's what's got me miffed, I can no longer gain access to the same subscription over my previously and perfectly functional Iconia 500a!

I checked to see if this plague of access denial had crept into my beloved Nook Color, all is well, for the moment...

I've scanned the internet this morning looking for some sort of explanation, and I've come up dry. Has anyone else had this problem, or possibly heard of what the heck's going on?

Thanks for your feedback.

Reliable way to Root Nook Simple Touch
I recently dusted off the Nook Simple Touch and decided to try some of the root options, mostly to get the Kindle app working. I was amazed at the volume of YouTube videos and XDA Forum threads as well as root options
