downloading to adobe digital editions

I usually just download free books from the library. But today I was trying to download some free epub books to my Nook using Adobe Digital Editions. It put the books into the program but I cant see them in my library to "move over" to my Nook. they are just there and open to read, not actually able to "put" them onto my device. Any help would be great!

Hmm...if you can see them and open them in ADE, then you should just be able to drag them right to your Nook. You should just be able to drag them right to your Nook, like you do a library book.

I tried that but for some reason it wont put the book into my library. It seems if it is a PDF it wont let me put it onto my Nook. Any suggestions about how to get a PDF onto the Nook? Can it be done? thanks

You can read PDF on the Nook. Does it give you an error when you drag it? It goes to 'My Documents' just like a library book. Did you look there?
