I've purchased two books with my new Nook without a problem, so I know my credit card and account on file are fine.

Yesterday, I chose to purchase a new book. First, I downloaded the sample, and the sample came down fine. Then I proceeded to purchase the book.

Actually, I am attempting to purchase two books simultaneously.

For the past 10 hours, the message "processing" has replaced the control which once said "purchase", and still I have no book. Both books are "processing". There's no apparent option to "cancel".

The Nook otherwise works fine. I can connect to the internet browser. What's a person to do?

Personally, I can't imaging that B&N wouldn't make purchasing two books simultaneously work BETTER! Ah, the irony.
