Yes, I have had that same issue each time I've visited the store here. I can connect to the wi-fi, I can see the free in-store offers, but I get that very same "Network not Available" message when I try to download one of the freebies. One staff member tried to get it to work on his demo Nook and got the same issue I got on my Nook. He said he would have to call support to get it worked out. I checked back a week later and was still getting the same error. A friend of mine reported getting the same issue on his Nook in a different location/state. It seems to be a problem in some of the stores and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to continuing going through the local store and pestering them to keep on it, or what.
