TOPIC: Never got an activation email
#2162
Never got an activation email 2 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
I registered with a valid email, never got an activation email. When I ask for a password to be reset (on the login) it tells me that there is no account with that email ID (not the one I am logged into now).

So I registered under a new email ID (the one that I am logged in under now). When I tried to change the email ID in MY PROFILE, it tells me that the email ID is already taken. Can some admin please help me?

thanks

I deleted the first user, you should be able to change it. The email probably went in your spam box on your yahoo account. Cheers!
