Is there a way to dump any info saved to the NC after using the browser on FB, Twitter, and other sites, like I can my laptop?

Yes. Tap the Menu icon at the top right of the browser screen.

"More Options>Settings>Privacy settings>Clear cache"

You have to scroll down the Settings page to get to the Privacy section
