When I originally purchased my 1st edition Nook I fell in love with it. It synced with my HP PC without a hitch and received downloads without any problem. Last summer I attempted to use it with a MAC book; the B&N app for the Mac does not work. Per B&N it was "too bad, so sad" they could not fix the problem. A few weeks ago I purchased a Toshiba PC and now I am unable to read my library or download the newly purchased B&N nookbook on either the PC or the Nook. Looks like the Nook is one of those trendy little pieces of technology that has a very limited life? Does anyone have ideas on how this can be remedied or is it simply time to move on to another brand of e-reader?
