I've another question!

When I press the "power" button, my Nook goes to sleep, like it's supposed to; however, about 10 minutes later, the screensaver image goes away and my wallpaper (I've got the Falling Leaves as my wallpaper) shows up, and I guess that means I'm no longer in sleep mode?

This shouldn't be happening, right? When the Nook isn't in use, it's supposed to be in sleep mode, right?

What do I do?

Edit: I just put it to sleep mode again, and in less than a minute, the wallpaper showed up/sleep mode was no longer on. =/

No, your nook should not do that. Not sure if you have tried this, but I would power off your nook and pull the battery. Reinstall battery and power back up. Test it out. I think you said you were running firmware v1.2 in another post. If not, I would manually upgrade if your nook hasn't done it automatically. Let me know if that worked.

My wakes up on its own too. This started after the update was installed.
