How to transfer ebooks onsimple touch ext. memory 4 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi all and have a nice new year! I just subscribed and I'd like to know how to transfer e-books by Adobe Digital Editions on my newest Simple Touch Glowlight external memory. Unfortunately I can't buy at B&N's, since I live in Italy, so I buy at different sites' english and italian e-books. Due to the poor internal memory of my Nook, when it will be full, how will I handle them? Now I drag and drop from ADE library to the Nook icon. Will this operation be the same when I'll have the internal memory full or have I to do a different way? Thank you for your help!

I didn't see this in my feed until just now... odd.

So you have to use ADE because you are buying Adobe protected books from other places and using on the nook right? What do you mean by poor internal memory - just that you have a LOT of books and the built in memory is too small?

For poor memory I mean that only 0,2 Gb of the internal memory are available for books on the simple touch (and the left memory is presumably to work), whilst my Nook 1st series had 1,3 Gb. My concern is, when I'll tranfer all my books from the old reader and possibly fill up the int. memory, how to tranfer by ADE the new ebooks to the external SD memory? Thanks

Are all your books purchased and copy protected? Is that why you are using ADE?

Yes, my e-books are purchased, with DRM protection; I use ADE because I can't buy at B&N's (I live outside USA), so I buy at italian and american sites and can only use ADE to transfer e-books (sometimes Calibre too).

Reliable way to Root Nook Simple Touch
I recently dusted off the Nook Simple Touch and decided to try some of the root options, mostly to get the Kindle app working. I was amazed at the volume of YouTube videos and XDA Forum threads as well as root options
