My PDF doesn't display correctly on my nook, why not? PDF Print
PDF documents are cleverly reformatted by the nook for optimal display on the 6" screen (using something called "reflow". The nook does not try to display the PDF in a tiny font and let you zoom in and out of different areas of the document (like an iPhone does with a web page).

We hope a future update will allow you to do this, but it is not possible at this time.
