In addition to protecting your nook a great case or sleeve can be fun and let you express yourself. The sleeves often have a strap you pull out to "eject" the nook. Bags typically don't offer as much protection. A case stays on the nook all the time, typically with a front "flap". Consider what you want carefully before purchasing, they aren't cheap!
